Congratulations to the LHS Girl's Bowling Team as they competed in Strike Fest in Joliet this past weekend. This is an invite only tournament and they only choose the best of the best. Our Lady Hounds placed 11th out of 44 teams AND Neela Missey placed 9th overall as individual out of 249 bowlers! We are so proud of you ladies! We are small but we are MIGHTY!!

The Illinois School Counselor Association has opened their annual scholarship application. Seniors planning to attend a 2-year, 4-year, trade school or apprenticeship program and have at least one counselor in their school who is a member of ISCA are eligible. Ms. Wilson and Ms. Schorfheide are both members so Lebanon High School seniors can and should apply.

Looking for a way to give back this year? The FFA is again adopting a family in need for Christmas. This year we have adopted a single mother with three young boys. We will be taking donations to help them have a great Christmas starting today! We will be accepting donations until Friday December 16th. Any items can be given to Ms. Wasser or an FFA member. If you are attending the High School boys basketball game the 16th for our tractor raffle, you may also bring donations that night. Donations may also be dropped off in the High School office. Coach Monae is sick and we have several players hurt and sick. So unfortunately we must cancel tomorrows high school girls game at Gibault. We will try to reschedule the game in January. Plan on practice tomorrow but I do not have my book to tell you for sure. I will make an announcement at school in the morning.
