It’s Principal Appreciation Day!

The fall blood drive is Tuesday, November 1st from 9:00am to 2:00pm in the high school gym. Anyone 16 and older is invited to sign up to give. If you are 16 please pick up a parent consent form from the sign up table at lunch or talk to Ms. Bettis. Guests will be asked to sign-in in the office. We have added a 5th/6th grade home game on this coming Monday night(Oct 24th). The 5th/6th grade girls will start at 6:00 so the boys game will start somewhere between 7 and 7:15. Please pay attention to the time that Mr. Seely and Mr. McAllister tell the players to be at the gym on Monday.

Milk on the Moove! Mrs. Noud was one of ten lucky winners selected for the Mobile Dairy Classroom visit at LES. Our LES students were excited to meet Grace, a Jersey cow, and learn about the traveling milking parlor. It was exciting to see live cow being milked and learn how milk travels from the farm to the kitchen table.

¡Delicioso! K-2nd grade Spanish enrichment students were all smiles today as they learned how to order items off of a menu in Spanish! We’re so proud of these hard working greyhounds! Thank you, Mexico Típico, for the delicious food!

Athletic Events for Today Monday Oct 17th and weekend recap Today HS Volleyball is home vs Woodlawn at 6:00 We will recognize out volleyball senior Destiny Zeeb and our 2 cross country seniors Carli Gorka and Alexia Marwa after the JV game(approximately 6:30- 6:45) JH Girls Basketball has their 1st game of the year. The varsity team is playing in the St. Libory Tournament, tonight they will play Marissa at 6:00 in St. Libory Saturday Recap HS cross country participated in the conference meet at Salem. Alexia Marwa placed 5th in the small school division earning a medal and setting another personal record. Carli Gorka placed 10th in the small school division while also medaling and setting another personal record. Good Job Greyhounds!
