"Parents - In November, the intramural program will be hosting volleyball. Due to school not being in session on November 11th, early dismissal on November 23rd, and Thanksgiving break, we will not have intramurals on these days. Therefore, we will be extending the last day of the volleyball program to Thursday, December 9th. The deadline to sign up for volleyball is Friday, October 22nd and the $25 fee must be paid by Friday, October 29th for your child to participate."

We are in need of 2-3 more girls for our high school girls basketball team to have enough to play a season this year. We have 5 girls who really want to have a season but we need a minimum of 2-3 more to have enough to plan a season or their season will be canceled for the 3rd straight year. Junior High Cheerleading tryouts will begin on Monday Oct 18th from 5:30-7:00 in the high school commons(cafeteria). 5th-8th grade students are eligible to tryout but must a have a current physical and all athletic forms turned in to be allowed to try out. Tryouts will also be Tues, Wed, Thur and Fri at the same times. A form with more information is being sent home today with students who are interested in trying out

Thanks to our local Girl Scouts who had the day off school today and volunteered their time to put a fresh coat of paint on our crossing guard hut.
