Additional clarification…LCUSD9 beginning tomorrow, Wednesday 16, will be Mask recommended and encouraged but not required. Families may choose to not wear mask or continue to mask up. It will be a family decision. Students who are not symptomatic will remain at school. Additionally, vaccine/testing mandates for employees are recommended but not required. We will continue to follow IDPH guidelines for individuals who test positive for Covid and need to be quarantined. Once again, Beginning tomorrow LCUSD9 will be masked recommended except for buses. We are under Bus Mask Mandates that will still be enforced if you choose to ride a school bus. We are working through all the details at this point and will have more information online soon.
Thank you!
Mr. Keeney
Hello. Last night the Board of Education moved Lebanon CUSD9 to now be recommended for mask, enforcing quarantines when individuals do not have symptoms, and any vaccine/testing mandates for employees. We will continue to follow IDPH guidelines for individuals who test positive for Covid. Beginning tomorrow, Wednesday 16, Lebanon CUSD9 will be masked recommended except for buses. We are under Bus Mask Mandates that will still be enforced if you choose to ride a school bus. We are working through all the details at this point and will have more information online soon. We hope that you understand the gravity of this decision and appreciate the balance to continue doing what best for the school community. Thank you!
Mr. Keeney
