Our staff has been busy getting ready and we are looking forward to starting our 150th year of education when we see our students in grades 1 - 12 tomorrow! Thank you to Cedar Ridge and The Lantern for treating us to breakfast yesterday. Apex Training dropped off delicious donuts today! What a great community we are privileged to be a part of.
Attention all 1st-5th graders!! Our Intramural Program is ready for sign-ups! Basketball will be starting September 6th. It will take place throughout the month of September on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Basketball Intramurals will be held in the Elementary gym after school until 4:15. Reminder that tomorrow(Wednesday) we need our seniors and 8th graders in full uniform(minus metal cleats) for jh baseball, jh softball, jh cross country and hs volleyball, hs soccer and hs cross country for sports banner pictures. We will meet in the high school library at 2:30, remember to bring your glove, bat etc...

Reminder that we will have our 2nd athletic booster club meeting this evening at 7:00 in the high school cafeteria/commons. Please enter through the back entrance that comes into the commons. Even if you could not come to the first one, please come tonight if you can. If you cannot come tonight but still want to help out in some way, even if it is just as a helper at events or fundraisers, please email me with your contact info so that I can give it to the booster club. Lebanon CUSD 9 Open House on 08/15/22 at 5:00-6:30.
Mrs. Emrick will speak to the JrH/HS parents in the HS commons at 5:00-5:15. Parents then can follow their students' schedules to meet with teachers.
Mr. Foster will speak to the LES parents in the LES gym at 6:15-6:30. Parents will be free to meet their students' teachers from 5:00-6:10.
All LES students' supplies were provided through the Chapter One Project except for backpacks. They will receive their supplies on the first day of school.
JrH/HS families are responsible for bringing their own school supplies for this year. Hard copies of students' schedules will be provided at Open House.

We will have our 2nd athletic booster club meeting on Tuesday August 16th at 7:00pm in the high school cafeteria.

We concluded our PD with CPI training today with David Workman and
Shawn Dow from BASSC.
The Martin Luthern King Society chapter at LHS is starting up again this year and we are hosting our first fundraiser on Monday 8/15 during open house in the JH/HS commons.
We will be hosting a kid's workshop! We will have coloring, crafting and a movie for kiddos, attended by members of our MLK Club.
Parents, you are welcome to come by with your littles after open house at LES or to have your kiddos hang out with us while you visit LJH/HS with your older kids.
We are welcoming donations to help fund our club activities this year.
