Reminder! The Illinois Society of Professional Engineers – St. Clair Chapter, is offering several $2,000 college scholarships to graduating high school seniors who plan to study engineering. The scholarship application deadline is March 10, 2023! Stop by Mrs. Schorfheide's office or check the school counselor website for more information!

Yesterday's HS girl bowling match will be made up today vs Columbia at 3:00 at St Clair Bowl Yesterday's HS girls basketball game vs Valmeyer will be made up tomorrow(Wednesday Feb 1) at home at 6:00

Tonight's jh volleyball game at Bartelso is cancelled due to them not having school today. No make up date has been scheduled. However coach Derber will practice after school today in the Lebanon elementary gym from 3:30-5:30. Players can wear their uniforms for practice as many may not have practice clothes with them. Please contact coach Derber if you have any questions at lderber@lcusd9.org

Reminder we will have pictures taken tomorrow starting at 1:30 in the hs gym for jh bowling and jh volleyball teams. Make sure everyone brings their full uniform. 5th graders will be walked over to the high school by Mrs. Reinneck for pictures. Please send the order form with payment with your athlete.

Due to no school today, tonight’s athletic events and practices are canceled. We will post rescheduled dates as soon as possible.

Due to side roads and country roads being very icy and slick at 5 a.m. this morning, Lebanon CUSD9 will not be in session today, Monday, January 30. This will be a normal snow day and will be made up. Unfortunately, we were not able to send out devices and meals as required for an e-learning day! So enjoy your normal snow day. Please be safe. Tonight HS girls and boys basketball teams play at home vs Ramsey (purple out night), girls at 6:00 and boys at 7:15. We will also recognize our Jr Greyhound basketball teams between games, we ask parents to have them here by 6:45 tonight. Tomorrow JH Boys Basketball at home in Regional Championship vs Shiloh at 11:00 AM HS Boys Basketball away at Okawville 6:00 varsity only

Our students enjoyed some balloon fun in PE with Bri Oldenburg, our student teacher from McKendree University, who is working with Ms. Arbeiter.

Mrs. Arnold was working on a melted snowman activity earlier this week.

We will be taking Junior High Bowling and Junior High Volleyball pictures on Tuesday Jan 31st. Voegele Photography will be here to take pictures in the high school gym at 1:30 and we will also take our 8th graders pictures for their banners at this time. Picture packets will come home with your athlete on Thursday January 26th, I have attached a picture of it on the email also, if you wish to order pictures you can fill out the form and send it with your athlete on Tuesday Jan 31st. They must have their uniform for the picture, both teams have away games that day so everyone should have them with them. 5th graders will be brought over to the high school gym by Mrs. Reinneck for pictures.
