
The Lebanon High School National Honor Society and Student Council are hosting their spring blood drive on Friday, March 24 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Jr/Sr High School Gym. Please contact Courtney Bettis or Jeannette Schorfheide for more information.

Reminder athletes just have a current physical, all athletic paperwork filled out online and a $40 sports fee paid in order to participate.

Mrs. Horn's 4th period Creative Writing class had to write a 20 line rhyming poem about aviation, flight, birds, etc., something to do with flying and also had to incorporate 5 aviation terms (Mrs. Horn gave them a dictionary handout with vocabulary terms on it). They then had to fold it into a paper airplane and we went out today to do a race. Matthew Malone came in first place.

Junior High Volleyball, Junior High Bowling and Junior High Band 8th grade night will be this Friday March 3rd just before the 8th grade volleyball game at approximately 5:00 in the high school gym. We ask 8th grade parents to be there by 4:30. Come out and thank our 8th grade players and parents for their dedication to their programs.

Congratulations to 8th grader, Jacob Suydam for placing 5th this weekend at the Kegler Junior High Bowling Tournament! Our junior high boys team placed 7th overall with many players bowling well. Congratulations to our coaches and athletes

The Anatomy & Physiology class along with the Forensic Science class went on a field trip today to Logan Chiropractic School. The classes got to take a look inside the cadaver lab!


There will be no school on Monday, March 6 to commemorate and celebrate the birthday of Casimir Pulaski.


On Sunday, the MLK Club spent the morning volunteering at the Metro East Humane Society. So manu puppies and kitties were petted and loved!

On Thursday, students participated in the annual farmer olympic games to celebrate FFA week. The dress up theme of the day was America day! On Friday, FFA members took a field trip to the science center to visit the agriculture building and stopped at Imos pizza for lunch. The dress up theme for the day was FFA apparel or blue and gold day!
