Here are the 2023 March Mammal Madness winners! This year, the competition came down to the end, but the Wolverine took home the win! Thank you Mrs. Derber for running this friendly competition again this year.



The 1st annual Lebanon Greyhounds Basketball camp for all 1st-8th grade boys and girls will be held June 5th-9th. Every camper will receive a t-shirt, camp basketball, and daily snack. Basic basketball skills will be taught and practiced. We will incorporate competitive drills and scrimmage throughout camp. For those signing up for soccer intramurals ... I just want to clarify the dates. It is Monday through Thursday (May 1st through 4th) AND Monday through Thursday (May 8th through 11th). Sorry for any confusion. Thanks for supporting the intramurals at LCUSD9.

Sign-ups are ready for Soccer Intramurals for any 1st-4th graders interested! The dates are: MONDAY, MAY 1st-THURSDAY, MAY 4th and MONDAY, MAY 8th-THURSDAY, MAY 11th. It will start right after school and end at 4:15, except on Wednesdays it will end at 3:00. This will be held at the Elementary or out on the soccer field (depending on weather and JH soccer schedule). Pick up will be behind the gym or at the soccer field. If weather prohibits us from being outside, we will be inside the grade school gymnasium. The fee is $25.00 per student with a deadline to sign-up and pay of Friday, April 28th. The 8th grade and juniors will take the Illinois Assessment for Readiness next week. The 8th grade will test during their science classes Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with Ms. Derber. Chromebooks need to be fully charged and brought to school each day. Juniors will test on Tuesday, April 18 with Mrs. Schorfheide in the high School library. They will be in testing first through fourth hours. Again, Chromebooks must be charged and brought to school for the test.

High school students will be observing a mock crash on Friday afternoon in conjunction with Prom weekend to help instill good decision making. From 1:00- 2:00 pm medical personnel, including Arch helicopter, will be on campus. I have attached the opt out letter for high school students.

Good evening. Tomorrow is PSAT/SAT day at the high school. All 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students should stop in the library for testing room assignments before 8:15 AM. Junior High students who earned the reward and turned in the permission slip will be attending a field day at Horner Park. Please make sure to sunscreen before and we will reapply later that day. Junior High students who are not going on the field trip who have high school teachers will meet in the commons, they will NOT report to high school teachers until after 5th hour. Seniors will not attend school tomorrow.
