Greater St. Louis Mother of Twins Club Scholarship: Each year the Greater St. Louis Mother of Twins Club offers scholarships to graduating seniors of multiple birth who live in the Greater St. Louis area including eastern Missouri and southwestern Illinois. The Illinois School Counselor Association has opened their annual scholarship application. Seniors planning to attend a 2-year, 4-year, trade school or apprenticeship program and have at least one counselor in their school who is a member of ISCA are eligible. Ms. Wilson and Ms. Schorfheide are both members so Lebanon High School seniors can and should apply.

Looking for a way to give back this year? The FFA is again adopting a family in need for Christmas. This year we have adopted a single mother with three young boys. We will be taking donations to help them have a great Christmas starting today! We will be accepting donations until Friday December 16th. Any items can be given to Ms. Wasser or an FFA member. If you are attending the High School boys basketball game the 16th for our tractor raffle, you may also bring donations that night. Donations may also be dropped off in the High School office. Coach Monae is sick and we have several players hurt and sick. So unfortunately we must cancel tomorrows high school girls game at Gibault. We will try to reschedule the game in January. Plan on practice tomorrow but I do not have my book to tell you for sure. I will make an announcement at school in the morning.

We will recognize our homecoming court after the girls game(approximately 12:15)
High School boys basketball will play the Dupo Tigers at 12:30
HS basketball ALUMNI game at 2:30- stay and watch some of our former players take the court again and raise money for the Blake Wood Memorial Scholarship.
Homecoming dance that evening in the high school commons.

Junior High Girls Basketball Conference Tournament Week of Dec 5th-10th
Our girls will play:
Monday Dec 5th vs Germantown AT St. Rose Elementary Gym at 7:15, bus will leave at 6:00
When we play next will be determined by Monday's outcome. I will let everyone know asap when we will play after our game on Monday.
We are currently looking for a JH Volleyball assistant coach. This season will begin Jan 17th and the season will end in mid-March. Practice times vary from 3:30-5:30 to 5:30 to 7:30 during the week and Saturday mornings and games usually start at 4:00 but sometimes may start at 5:00.
To qualify for this job you must have an teaching license or be ASEP certified or willing to get certified. Please contact me at ccruthis@lcusd9.org if you are interested in the position or would like some more information. Please feel free to share this information.
