Hello. We had a report of an isolated incident this morning at the Elementary Building. School personnel were made aware of the issue and handled it quickly and accordingly before school started. Staff were notified of a possible toy guy that was brought to school by an elementary school student. Administration quickly confirmed it was a toy gun and resolved the situation. We will continue to address any further issues in a similar manner, but want to be transparent with these types of occurrences. We will continue to follow our protocols and procedures for a safe and optimal learning environment.
