The Financial Aid, Veteran Services, and Student Employment office at Southwestern Illinois College is pleased to announce we've started reviewing FAFSA applications for the 2024-2025 academic year and processing financial aid for the fall semester. Students who have submitted a FAFSA with our school code can check their SWIC student email and/or eSTORM Student Center for any missing items we need to process their application. Our staff is here to help by reviewing and collecting any necessary documentation and determining student’s eligibility for the Federal Pell Grant. As school wraps up and we get closer to the start of the 2024-2025 academic year, please reassure students who are still awaiting university award letters or delaying admissions decisions it is not too late to send their FAFSA to SWIC as a backup option. To do so, they need to log into StudentAid.gov and select Make a Correction to add additional schools to their 2024-2025 FAFSA. SWIC's school code is 001636. Enrollment at SWIC will remain open until classes begin the week of August 19, 2024, and we will be happy to review financial aid eligibility for any student once we receive a FAFSA, regardless of their enrollment status. Just a reminder, we offer free FAFSA assistance to the community Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at our Belleville and Sam Wolf Granite City Campus locations.

College Board has released their 2024-25 test dates. The picture has the test dates, late registration dates and a QR code for registration.
