LCUSD #9 Families, Good evening! Due to the forecast for continued snow showers throughout the night and the potential for hazardous travel conditions, Lebanon CUSD #9 will be utilizing an E-Learning Day tomorrow, Wednesday, February 19, 2025. This decision is being made this evening to allow parents of elementary students time to develop a proactive plan, as opposed to waiting to assess the road conditions during the early morning hours. A decision will be made on any after school extracurricular events by 12pm tomorrow. That decision will be communicated with coaches/sponsors to share with their respective team members and posted on the website and social media outlets shortly after that. When we return to school on Thursday morning, it’s supposed to be extremely cold with single digit temperatures and wind chills below zero. Please be prepared for the cold weather by dressing in layers and wearing a coat, hat, and gloves if you are outside for any length of time. Our school staff members will be prepared for longer than normal parent drop off lines, and we will be patient and excuse any tardies that are a result of these longer lines. Thank you, in advance, for helping us keep all students safe and warm. I appreciate your continued patience, understanding, and flexibility! Be safe and stay warm, Matt Noyes, Ed.D. LCUSD#9 Superintendent
