If it is not followed then their issue will not be heard or resolved

10. End of season sports recognition night has changed. We will now hold the junior high and high school recognition nights separately, this will allow easier set up and clean up and allow junior high sports teams to have the event closer to the end of their season. Dates for this night will be sent out during the season. Also, coaches may have a small party with players only after the season if they wish but all athletes are expected to attend the recognition night.

11. Uniform Collection: Coaches will collect uniforms on the day of the last contest, so players need to have a change of clothes with them.
